Exposure
Worker must repeatedly go up and down his ladder for a sledge hammer, exposing him to repetitive motion.
Intervention Process
The carpenter took empty tape roll cylinders and attached them to his ladder to hold his sledge hammer for easy reach without needing to climb up and down the ladder throughout his day.
Materials
No cost as tape is a required material within the work environment.
